I had dark purple blackouts but they were floor length and I moved and needed 63” for ridiculous dog related reasons. Anyway I went with the coral instead this time knowing they wouldn’t be quiet as dark. I was right but only by a bit.Photo attached is direct morning sun with blinds open behind. Even with the blinds left open, my birds don’t wake me up (they get loud if it’s light enough) and I don’t wake up on my own either. There is a glow in the room but it’s sort of like "mood lighting”. Even still, it’s dark enough so don’t be discouraged by the lighter colors!Overall I like them and the color a lot. They are not orange-y at all but a perfect coral.
