Review on 🏻 ROCKBROS Advanced 4 Bearings Mountain Bike Pedals: High-performance Platform Alloy Pedals for Flat Riding, 9/16 by Simo Ramsey

I bought these pedals to replace the standard pedals that came with my 2014 Trek Marlin bike. I never liked standard pedals and decided to look for something better. I chose them for their size, the fact that they are all metal and the price. I went to the local bike shop to put them on and even the people in the shop admired the pedals and asked where I got them from. So after a week of riding I can say I am VERY happy with these pedals. The pedals are bigger, I feel like I have a very stable platform to put my feet on, I don't need to be precise with my foot position to feel safe while cycling. Traction pins provide a secure fit between my shoes and the surface of these pedals. no hint of slipping, even when both shoes and pedals are wet. It feels like my shoes are glued to these pedals. These are simple platform pedals. I used sneakers, heels, and even flip flops to test the grip and feel of these pedals. Well, fair warning, I'm not an avid mountain bike rider. I'm a male in my 50's who isn't afraid to ride the muddy forest trails, ride the local roads, ride down the river and ride the paved bike paths around my hometown. For my level of riding I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to others asking for it.
