I absolutely love this speaker. Radio, sound quality, remote control. (UPDATE 4/4/2020) DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER. YEARS WARRANTY?😩. A little less than a year, the remote control is fully functional. I only use it at night in the bedroom to fall asleep while playing mp3 music. I had it for 5 months before unboxing it after moving to another house. I contacted BitsnBites 1 and even offered to buy a remote control or 2. THEIR ONLY ANSWER was that they don't have a remote control, but I tried a universal remote. WHAT? THE REMOTE CONTROL IS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS DEVICE. All they do is SELL YOUR ITEMS! I even went to the Soultechs website and emailed their chat section and asked about buying 2 or 3 remotes. NO REPLY FROM YOU IN ONE MONTH! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT PERIOD. SAD TO SAY (AMAZON) DID NOT RESPONSE TOO! Over the last 7 years my wife and I have spent thousands of dollars shopping on AMAZON and have had no problems. Guess we need to consider all other alternatives to charging!
