So far so good. Requires "immediately" if local store did not have them in stock. Perfect fit, holds the electrode in place. The cups had no problem screwing them in place. They fit, they work, they didn't cost a dime and I got them in less time than I expected. What do not like. (Oh, and a 2 finger collet instead of the 3 or 4 that some others have. Great holding power in my opinion and they don't get hot or melt like 4 finger collets I guess)
