The platform works flawlessly! It has helped me organize our tournaments with an easy way of tracking results in real time with analytics features that are extremely helpful as well! There really isn't anything I dislike at this point; it's been great so far.

We have not encountered any problems yet because we were only using them during prelaunch phase before their official launch. With all platforms out there these days (such as PlayVS), having multiple options available gives us peace of mind and confidence when choosing one over another which can be critical if they go down or shut off unexpectedly due to issues outside its control.
