Order a size up for long arms.
My shirts fit great. My arms dont. The sleeves aren't made with long arm people in mind, and I'm guessing they'd shrink in up the dryer. Got Medium so I could layer ontop of it, if I was gonna wear them without sweaters I'd go for large to make sure the sleeves fit nicely even after drying.
