I was in despair when I was rearranging my bed and finally realized I needed one of these pillows. Because I sleep on my side with a small waist and wide hips, it's only recently that I've noticed my core collapsing. I temporarily folded soft towels under my chest and waist and that helped me survive, but at night they shifted under me. . So I ordered a couple of these pillows to try out and out of 4 different pillows this was the ONLY one with really good quality foam that wasn't too high. Others tended to be too soft and break too much, or were too high and hard, throwing me out of alignment. Bought this to try based on the description and great price / same day shipping. I'm so glad I did! This is the only one I want to keep. There may be others that are just as good (I was curious to try the adjustable one here at Revain) but this one is perfect for my needs at the moment so I'm fine. recommend trying it out if you want a firm, supportive, not too high lumbar pillow!
