Hammer smells bad
The rubber mallet was heavier than I expected, more than I need for a planned job in a kitchen. . Worse, it has a HORRIBLE smell - probably rubbery - which makes me reluctant to use it for the flattening/tendering of meat and poultry I had in mind.
