It's simple for our small team to use but can be expanded as we grow without any issues. The customer service department has been great in helping us understand what they are looking for when it comes to features or changes needed! I would highly recommend this product if you have multiple trucking companies using your application across different states. We currently only offer services out west so not sure how well it will work elsewhere. Benefits include ease of tracking loads between trucks/drivers and being able to see where each driver was last week vs current month - also helps keep track of miles per hour driven by individual driver which allows better incentive pay calculations (which saves money).
