Review on MAZORT Waterproof Neoprene Dog Boots: Durable & Anti-Slip Paw Protector with Reflective Straps, Ideal for Medium to Large Dogs by Marisol Brown

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The best boots for dogs with spine problems!

I adopted a dog with spinal cord problems that cannot be 'fixed'. It can walk, but it doesn't have the sensory reflex to right its hind legs as quickly as a normal dog, so it tends to pull on the tips of its paws, resulting in lacerations on its claws and tips. paws. I've tried almost every boot available from Revain to see which ones hold up best. This one is far superior! The toe rubber is higher and thicker than any other boot. I had 4 boots a month (and that's only 2 per use). The only issue I have with these boots, like others, is that the bottom rubber isn't that thick and I still have holes. Now I walk my dog about 4-5 miles a day so getting some extra reinforcement would be great. I think it would be great for a "normal" dog walker. I found it fit great and stands very well on my feet. From time to time the shoe flips so the bottom becomes the top, but we just stop and I readjust and retighten the straps. I find the boot sits high enough and with two straps it holds it in place pretty well. The left picture shows this shoe, the right picture shows shoes from another typical brand.
