As a product manager, I found it frustrating that Samplife did not pay sufficient attention to the details of their products. Although the company sells a broad variety of stationery and other items related to books, I was disappointed to find that the quality of some of their products was subpar. In particular, the book jackets that I purchased arrived with obvious flaws, and the school supplies appeared to be made of flimsy material and with a low level of craftsmanship. Even more concerning was the absence of consistency in the quality of the products; while some of them were excellent, others were obviously of a much lower standard. In addition, I found the customer service representatives to be unhelpful and sluggish to respond when addressing my concerns. When I attempted to return the faulty products, I was met with resistance, and in the end, I had to accept for a refund that was only partially paid out. In general, I am not able to in good conscience recommend Samplife to other people. I would advise you to seek elsewhere for your stationery and book-related needs until such time as they are able to resolve the issues with quality control and improve their level of customer service.
