Review on Carriage Designjet Plotter C7770 60014 42 Inch by Darrell Verduzco

After reading the instructions and watching some videos I was able to get the belt to work with a Designjet 500PS+HPGL2 42" card. The difference between this belt and the OEM belts shown and discussed is that this belt has teeth all around. The OEM belt doesn't do this and is meant to be a way to true the machine. This belt with teeth all around the perimeter scared me at first and I almost returned it. As I had 2 belts I thought I had ordered them from different vendors as the prices were different and the product images were different but they were from the same vendor, a little trick by the vendor but all the same. I managed to install one of the belts and it works, not sure about the quality yet but will try to update later, anyway the belt works, a couple of my 24x36 pages show a small hiss but not sure what it is because I printed my CAD to PDF and then printed the PDF on the printer, or is it just a belt. The first few pages I printed looked a little blurry, but they were legible.
