New & Used - Air Compressors & Inflators

When I bought the product I thought it was 'New' with a 'Packaging and Instructions' page. Later it turned out that it was "used". The item works perfectly and is in fairly good condition. Also, the item was $6 cheaper than Walmart. I'm happy with the purchase, but next time I'll have to double check what I'm buying.
