I bought this screen because many other screens were sold out. I think with the pandemic keeping everyone at home we all had the same idea. Court Movies!. Well, the screen came in quite a long time. It was great because it was my wife's birthday, so we invited everyone to the cinema in the backyard. It didn't go so well. when setting up the screen. and turned on the blower, the zipper broke. The screen will not stay inflated if the zipper fails to close. So no movie 😡. I contacted Suncoo and told them about the problem. Back and forth for pictures and a few letters. Suncoo really worked with me to get it right. I really appreciated that they made an effort and got things done to my satisfaction. I would have given a lower rating but based on the way they handled everything I was happy with the customer service. By the way, the screen is very beautiful. I have never had any problems with the quality of the product.
