Review on CINDYLOVER by Brandon Battaglia

CINDYLOVER was disappointing since it failed to live up to my lofty expectations. Although the website offers a wide variety of apparel, footwear, accessories, and lingerie, the quality of the items is severely lacking. The apparel appeared to be cheaply constructed and of low quality, and size was all over the place. My online dress purchase did not live up to my expectations in terms of fit or fabric quality. The footwear was unsupportive, and the accessories were cheap and tacky. The website's layout is confusing, and the search bar is a major hassle. When I finally did find what I was after, the product photographs were sometimes grainy and dark, making it difficult to make out the finer features. The checkout line was really slow. I had to reenter my information multiple times since the website kept crashing. My order didn't come for weeks, and when it finally did, several of the things were broken or missing. There was a complete lack of customer service. I made several phone calls and sent multiple emails without receiving a response. To put it mildly, it was annoying. In general, CINDYLOVER is not something I would suggest to anyone. You get what you pay for, and while the prices are low, the quality is low as well. Don't bother, just go somewhere else.
