The tomato red color and smaller size make this ottoman stand out. At 17 ½ inches tall and 19 inches in diameter, it works when you don't have room for the crowd. The fabric is polyester and is non-removable for cleaning. Spills only require spot cleaning. No chemicals are added to the material to make it flame retardant. The rope, which gives the garment a nautical touch, is tied in a loop around the center of the hourglass. The rope is detachable. You can quickly move the stool if you want to use it as extra seating. The product will look good in a regular den or enclosed porch. One thing I noticed is that on the back of the stool (the side opposite the rope tie bail) there is a black zipper that goes halfway through. There is a vertical seam above the zipper so I don't know what the purpose of the zipper is.
