Feel very cheap but do your job.
I bought these glasses when I got a job where I stared at a computer all day. They help with blue light, although not completely. I have fewer headaches/migraines and less computer breaks. What I really don't like is that the plastic frames look very cheap. They're very light if that's what you're interested in, but personally I've been looking for something better. I keep them in my desk as a spare, but they are no longer my main work glasses.
