I bought these glasses when I got a job where I stared at a computer all day. They help with blue light, although not completely. I have fewer headaches/migraines and less computer breaks. What I really don't like is that the plastic frames look very cheap. They're very light if that's what you're interested in, but personally I've been looking for something better. I keep them in my desk as a spare, but they are no longer my main work glasses.

I bought these hoping they would help my migraines. I started working by staring at a computer screen all day. I wasn't expecting much considering the low price, but I was immediately relieved when I put them on and haven't had a migraine since. My eyes also feel less dry and less stressed overall. The only downside is that now I really notice when I'm not wearing them and feel like I have to wear them all the time or my eyes hurt!

I've had these glasses for half a year and they are definitely my favorite reading glasses. They haven't cured my lifelong insomnia, but they're comfortable, light weight, not too messy and probably help my blue blocking eyes.
