I ordered this headset because I work from home and I'm on the phone all the time. At first it was great and comfortable. However, the cord keeps getting tangled and I'm only a foot away from where it plugs in. I even have a hook to hang it so it doesn't just get tangled on the table. You have to constantly unwind the cable, otherwise it pulls and is annoying. Now it does all kinds of static and the sound comes in and out. The wires are probably frayed inside from all the twisting and untwisting all day. Very disappointed with this product.
