cordless tools have improved a lot over the past few years and this little Milwaukee is far better than my cordless handyman. First, the battery doesn't drain quickly when you're sitting idle. I'm sure the level is gradually coming down, but that's a far cry from what it was in previous generations. The battery also has a handy button that you can press to check the charge level. I'm also amazed at how much more power and torque this unit has, especially given its small size. Works great for screwdriving, drilling and as a hammer drill. I've used it for a whole range of tasks and hardly ever touch my corded rigid hammer drill. The build quality is excellent.
