Powerful and compact, long battery life

cordless tools have improved a lot over the past few years and this little Milwaukee is far better than my cordless handyman. First, the battery doesn't drain quickly when you're sitting idle. I'm sure the level is gradually coming down, but that's a far cry from what it was in previous generations. The battery also has a handy button that you can press to check the charge level. My drill and Milwaukee impact wrench work every day in the Texas heat and keep working without ever letting me down.

This is the third one I own and the first one still works after being beaten hard for years. I have one for my home shop and one for my work truck which was recently lost. I bought it again without hesitation. This is my first brushless version so we'll see how it holds up over time, but right out of the box it was powerful and responsive. The clutch ring is difficult to move. Weak support grip.

Milwaukee power tools are synonymous with quality, strength and durability. If you want to play with the big boys and big girls, you must bring your Milwaukee tools or stay home. So what's wrong with my 3-star rating? First, the clutch wheel is very stiff, and while it moves between clutch positions fairly easily, it doesn't like being pushed into the hammer position.
