I gave the kit four stars only because the one I selected "Gun and Rose 29 piece” didn’t come with a build powder or a bonder. But, once I bought those two things separately — omgsh my nails look so good! I had never done dip on my own but I’d had it done a few times at the salon so I did understand the basic process. I watched a few videos on YouTube, followed the directions in the kit and couldn’t be happier. In the pics, the orangish-red color was my first attempt—it went on great but without a bonder or build powder, it started lifting/chipping within 5 days. I went to Sally, got those two things and my second 2 manicures were flawless. No chipping, no lifting. Overall, between this kit and the additional items, I still spent less than one manicure at the salon and I’ve done 3 so far!
