Review on Adjustable Wooden Gymnastic Rings with Non-Slip Straps and Quick πŸ‹οΈ Install Carabiner for Crossfit, Workout, Exercise, and Outdoor Training by Gonex by Matthew Outlaw

Carabiner difficult to adjust

Straps were thick, rings fine but the carabiner design is grossly inefficient and must have added 15 minutes to my workout trying to install it. You can never hang them from a post over your hands (unless you have a ladder) as the carabiner has to be engaged and screwed in with a very small Allen key each time. If you want to adjust the height you have to repeat the process with BOTH straps and it's difficult to wrap the straps the same way to make them the same height. I'm giving them back in favor of the ones with a solid metal clip, which is quicker to set up and the same price. However, if you're looking for rings that you've hung somewhere and then left without ever adjusting their height, then this could be for you. But for other people who want to constantly change the height of the rings, this design is a flop and you'd better find another pair.

Pros

Cons
