Very solid feel -- even high-end

Arrived sharp. Very hard-wearing feel - also high-end. Beautifully cuts tomatoes and. cuts cheese. Cuts soft cheese well. I think I cut the cheddar. He did great with Parmesan, a much harder cheese. Soft cheese will stick to it, but much less than a utility or chef's knife. It cut the mozzarella ball easily without sticking to the blade. I cut the parmesan without crushing it or making (too many) crumbs. This is the best cheese knife I've ever used. Considering the price, this is tremendous value. However, I have never used a cheese knife from Worstorf or Henckels for comparison. I just don't have anything comparable at a high level. But I'm happy with that.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Some flaws
