I read the reviews and decided on this product. Pros: Very comfortable to wear around the neck. The earphones are comfortable to wear for a long time (more than an hour). When listening to music, podcasts, etc., the sound is really good. I'm a bit clumsy, so I dropped the headphones a couple of times. Once this caused the bud to fall apart. Luckily I managed to fix it, there were no problems with the sound. Battery life is also a winner. Cons: I thought they were noise-cancelling/noise-cancelling headphones, but they aren't. When I'm on the phone, people tell me that the background noise makes it difficult for them to understand me. So I had to switch to wired headphones. Basically, it works best when there is no noise around me. Which defeats the purpose of buying these headphones. Also, they get hot after listening to music for a long time, so I turn them off just in case. I was really hoping they would be better for phone calls, but they aren't. But I enjoy them when I listen to my music.
