I liked the bag for the first five months, then it started falling apart. First the inner zip puller fell off rendering the inner zip pocket unusable and I had to slash the zip to access the items inside. Although I was disappointed I could live without an internal zip compartment. Then, two weeks later, the outside zip pocket ripped open. The bag looks nice and I got a lot of compliments but due to the very poor build quality I would avoid this item.
