This is a great addition to the scooter. However, the installation process can be very complicated. It's definitely less than 15 minutes. At least it wasn't for me. You have to be very agile and know exactly what to do to hit the 15 minute mark. That took me 2 days! Installation was difficult because the scooter was heavy and the raw suspension hardware had to be adjusted to get it to fit properly, not to mention having to watch YouTube installation videos over and over to figure out how to install it properly. However, the end result was a super smooth ride, much better than the original. It really is worth every penny and hard work I put into it. If you have the time and like a challenge then keep going :) PS: I wanted to give the Nash Online seller a good review but for some reason I couldn't. The deadline for submitting a review may have expired. But I want everyone to know that Nash Online was a very good seller and the suspicion they sold me did wonders for my scooter.
