Review on JY COOKMENT 2-oz Meat Injector Syringe: High-Quality Stainless Steel Marinade Flavor Barrel with Professional Needles, Brushes, and Silicone O-Rings by Jamie Dawson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Large diameter needles

I have been injecting meat for years and my rusty friend has just breathed his last while injecting brine into a 12lb fillet. For post-brine beef, I like to take beef broth, garlic and onion powder, and some tenderizer and mix it into the meat. Everything will work. Nothing works like plain old oil for Birds. The injector body is heavy and well built with a fine finish. The needles have a large opening for inserting larger particles such as ground spices. A few bonuses with this kit: extra needle and plunger spacers and CLEANING BRUSHES! Do not immerse the injector to clean it. The threaded part of the body is made of magnesium. Saline solutions attack threads. Silicone grease or cooking oil can make it easier to push through larger amounts of porridge.
