I've been using this French eye makeup remover for a couple of years. In general, I like it: it cleans the eyelids perfectly and at the same time there is no irritation, dryness and tightness. For the rest of the face, I also sometimes use it, but my skin is sensitive plus combination, and in the T-zone it is often problematic. In the T-zone, this micellar water does not cleanse well enough, so I additionally buy Bioderma Sebium micellar water.
