Review on Efficient PCV Valve: ACDelco Professional CV936C for Optimal Positive Crank Ventilation by John Butler

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very simple MUST. Fits 2003 Grand Vitara 2.5L V6

It's so important, so easy, so cheap, it's stupid not to do it. Change. Is yours. PCV. Valve. PERIOD. Should I list the many problems this avoids or fixes? Burning oil? Low current? smoking knock? This will fix those issues. Easy change, but a bottleneck. Bonnet open, driver's side, bonnet rear. Follow the hose that leads to the back of the engine. Here is the video that helped me find it. It's a little hard to change. I used some long thin pliers and some 45° locks. Break off the old one by pulling it out. So remember, when you start this job plan to commit.
