Very well designed charger. However, after 4 months of brief use, (2) the ports are completely discharged and (1) the cable is defective. I just used the two cables that came with the box and they were permanently connected to the same two ports. I only charge cell phones so there was no high current. It's not the sockets that wear out as I installed two cords the day they arrived and never unplugged them until they stopped working. They just stopped loading. I connected the cables to the remaining ports and found that three of them still work. It seems that this is a consumable with a limited lifespan. That's a great idea, but for now I'm going to buy standard chargers that will last forever. ***UPDATE*** After contacting support, I was advised to unplug the charger for at least 5 minutes. Obviously there is an internal circuit breaker that trips after a few minutes. This worked for me. After 2 weeks without working connections, my charger is fully functional again.
