Well this surprised me as my typical patch buying experience was never perfect, but it met all expectations. First, I have a 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum with wired CarPlay and built-in WiFi and Bluetooth in the car. I bought it to be wireless with CarPlay so we didn't need a cable all the time. Also, it should be noted that I had no contact (or reason) with the support team and received no compensation for this review. My concerns about the purchase were 1) how big/difficult to hide it is 2) how stable the connection is 3) how much work I need to do (like updates etc) to get it set up and working as promised. For the size, it turns out to be smaller than a deck of cards, comes with a sticker to keep it in one place, and comes with a very short USB cable (I needed a short one as I didn't want the extra cable dangling around and I wanted to keep the device close to the USB port)...very easy to hide and perfect for me! As far as the connection is concerned, I was expecting problems here, but in fact everything was fine. The car connects to both my phone and my wife's phone instantly when I start the car (of course only one phone is connected at a time), who gets in the car first changes automatically and quickly (i.e. the wife jumps out, I jump up when the car is pumped up quickly) and stays connected on every ride with no issues (never had unwanted drop outs). It's up and running, so I was expecting a lot of work here, but surprisingly, once I plugged it in and followed the instructions to connect it to my phone, it worked flawlessly. It took me less than 1 minute to set it up and it's been working great ever since. Overall, I highly recommend this, and making sure to tell my friends who have CarPlay that they need this...great product!
