At first I was skeptical about buying them because I saw a lot of reviews where the stools were broken or didn't fit, but after seeing how good the customer service was I took a chance . I'm so glad I did! These stools are of excellent quality, look beautiful and the cushions are very comfortable. Also, I've seen a few reviews where people were annoyed that the legs were sometimes misaligned. We had one (shown in the photos) and it's an easy fix. All that happened is that the A and B stickers on the bottom of the pillow were misplaced and you just have to put the legs in the right position. According to the drawing on Revain, short columns should be taller than long ones. I showed how we assembled the wrong one and then I also show how it is assembled when corrected. No need for a spare stool, just need a little patience to assemble if like us you didn't get it the first time. We love these stools and are very happy with our purchase! For reference, we received a gray/dark brown bar height of 29 inches.
