order one size up
cute outfit but runs VERY small! I bought this for my 14 month old grandson who is a size 18 months. He's in the 70th percentile. Hardly fits. By the time he is 16 months old, he will be exempt. I want my daughter to try it on before washing. I would return it for a size larger.
