I have tiny little fingers/hands the size of a child/girl so I was worried it wouldn't fit (I have a ring size 4) but I was able to bend two ends so they overlap slightly to fit my pinky middle finger. I really wish it would look less gaudy and "shiny" as it's a bit over the top for my taste. It definitely draws attention and looks like jewelry. I wouldn't wear this at all for fashion purposes. It's a little tacky and not discreet. I wish there were other more subtle color options like black stones or just a smaller, less "shiny" option, but if you like glitz and glamor then you'll probably love this style. I have this to stop fidgeting and scratching my cuticles (my horrible anxiety habit) especially at work when I'm stressed/anxious or bored at my desk. I've only been wearing it for a few hours, but I find myself touching and twisting it when I'm scared. It turns very well and serves its purpose. I gave it four stars because of its size but will continue to wear it until I find a slimmer fit.
