I needed a bicycle pump with a foothold function as I find it difficult to use a hand pump. To test this, I deflated the tire and screwed the fitting onto the Presta valve, set the side stand on the ground, grabbed the horizontal handle and evacuated. It inflated my 700x23 tire to my usual 115 pounds with very little effort and didn't wear out my other hand trying to hold it. Of course I only used it once after receiving it but now I can say that it is a quality pump that is very easy to use. It comes with all kinds of adapters for different inflatable boats. Love the fact that you can remove the piston and lubricate the piston every few months as per the instructions. This is important to me as my Gatorskin tires rarely puncture, so keeping the pump lubricated during extended intervals of use is a huge plus. I can only recommend this pump!
