is the best. At first this product looked like it would work well. I spray a little on the shirt and when I iron it it's instantly smooth. However, after a few hours it became clear that this product had soiled my shirts. I didn't spray it too much "better abs" or even iron it too long. I wet the stain hoping it would dry but no, the stain is still there. I'm sure someone who loves this product will say I did something wrong and I hope I did. However, I read the directions on the bottle and followed them closely. And that's why I ruined most of my good work shirts. I dropped it and threw it away. That already cost me too much money. Don't take any more risks.
