The door broke about two years ago (maybe more) but I contacted the manufacturer last year and they immediately sent me a replacement for FREE! I only had to pay shipping which is $7.85 and it worked great. Now, just like 2 weeks ago, I accidentally dropped the top of the tray because I felt something slide down my arm and I freaked out! (I live in a place where you can find a lot of bugs) and the door broke again. I tried unsuccessfully to fix the problem, so I contacted the manufacturer again, and guess what? They will send me not one but TWO so I can have a backup and for the same shipping cost. I just had to send them a photo of the bin and my shipping address and they sent me the invoice via paypal. And that's it! THAT'S what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm telling you, buying this tray is the smartest purchase you will ever make, I guarantee it! And you have a backup from the manufacturer!
