I bought this because my neck hurt a lot more than usual from school being online. When the product first arrived there were scratches on the bottom of the stand but that didn't really bother me as of course they are not visible in use. I have a 2017 MacBook Pro 13" and it fits great. Looks pretty solid, but I kinda have the part where the laptop sits and it shakes, but. My laptop isn't the lightest, but it isn't either particularly heavy so maybe slightly heavier laptops won't work for this, however I am returning this as I need something to tuck my keyboard and mouse under, my desk is quite small and I feel like I need more Need space when I'm not using the keyboard That's the only reason I'm bringing it back, but if you don't need that feature I can definitely get this one!
