Excellent Program for Marketing: LoyaltyOne

I like how they are able to help with all my marketing needs, whether it be social media or email campaigns. They're always willing to listen when you have questions about what your doing as far as the program goes. The only thing that's bad is their customer service could use some work! It would really benefit them if someone was there 24/7 answering emails and calls promptly. We've been working together now since early 2017 and we haven't had any issues yet but then again i'm not sure we need anything at this time so no complaints here either. Helping me reach more people using our loyalty points system which has helped us increase revenue by over 1 million dollars in one year alone.
