Very helpful tool when learning about benefits

The system is very easy to navigate as you can see your own info, add new cards or edit existing ones at any time so there's no need to wait until they update it with all those changes! There should be more ways to add cards like creating them through an app that users could download onto their phones and use in stores. You have to create the card manually which takes longer than I'd really prefer. It would help if customers could just log into this online platform and get access to their…

Excellent Program for Marketing: LoyaltyOne

I like how they are able to help with all my marketing needs, whether it be social media or email campaigns. They're always willing to listen when you have questions about what your doing as far as the program goes. The only thing that's bad is their customer service could use some work! It would really benefit them if someone was there 24/7 answering emails and calls promptly. We've been working together now since early 2017 and we haven't had any issues yet but then again i'm not sure we need

Great System for managing most any frequent flier card

I like that you can use this system to manage all your rewards programs, even if they are not with another provider or have been discontinued by them! You will need someone who is familiar w/the program in order tp help set it up correctly (i'm new at using loyalty systems). There's nothing i dislike about L1 so far but maybe there should be more options when redeeming points? Maybe give people an option between different airlines & hotels rather than just 1 airline / hotel per account??? It…
