Review on LoyaltyOne by Jim Booth

I like that you can use this system to manage all your rewards programs, even if they are not with another provider or have been discontinued by them! You will need someone who is familiar w/the program in order tp help set it up correctly (i'm new at using loyalty systems). There's nothing i dislike about L1 so far but maybe there should be more options when redeeming points? Maybe give people an option between different airlines & hotels rather than just 1 airline / hotel per account??? It would make things easier since some users always want their miles redeemed towards one specific flight route instead og multiple routes within each location - which isn't possible through other providers unless we do our own customizations etc.. Also sometimes certain flights don;t show as available until after booking has occurred via travelocity ets...
