I like that it is easy to set up, so you can have meetings in your office or at home without needing much space for equipment.

There's nothing really too great about this software as far as features go but there are several things we dislike such as how slow to respond when using customer support through live chat. If you want just simple call conferencing with no additional bells and whistles then this is perfect. It also allows us to host group calls with people outside our organization which has been very helpful during Covid-19 pandemic.
