Although I tried to suggestions from other people who seem to have love this jacket, it did not work out for me. Fluffing in the dryer didn’t do anything I have I also brushed it to try to give it some semblance of real far. In my opinion it looks like roadkill. Too late for me to send it back with the holidays and everything I passed my window. The one thing I can say for it is that the one time I wore it outside That it kept me very warm and it was a better cold day in the 20s. Take your chances but get it back to them on time is my recommendation
