When I first bought the Surface Pro 6, I was torn between the Dell XPS 13 and the Surface. I love traditional form factor laptops and I know I would be very happy with the XPS13. What drew me to the Surface was the integration into the Microsoft ecosystem and specific use cases that only Surface can really do without sacrificing the full operating system. I have no regrets about the Surface and I'll tell you why. Surface is so impressive because it really can be whatever you want it to be. If you need a tablet that can take handwritten notes while you're in the office, this could be it. If you need a tablet to read the news with a cup of coffee in the morning, then this is for you. If you need a reliable laptop for coding on the go or writing an article, this is the same. And if you're integrated into the MS ecosystem and pay for an Office subscription, all your files are stored on OneDrive and you can easily switch between another PC and your Surface. So if you're willing to make the switch, it won't be a problem. .Simply put, it's fun to work on. I love OneNote on the surface and use it all the time. It's the perfect magazine for me, as well as a powerful laptop that can handle code for the projects I work on. The screen is very clear and doesn't tire your eyes, the additional keyboard is also great for long hours of typing. The device itself is lightweight and fits comfortably anywhere, and it's fairly durable. I have a pen and you can use it to work on the edge of magic. My horrible handwriting on Surface looks just like it does in real life, and that's exactly what I want. This is the best extension I've found in an electronic device so far. Oh, and did I mention it looks amazing in person? You can fault some of its features. The lack of USB-C in 2019 was a little disappointing. The battery could have lasted a little longer. The screen collects fingerprints very easily and needs to be cleaned regularly. Putting him on his knees to type can be painful after a while. The keyboard it works with must be included with purchase. But if those features aren't what you're looking for, you're going to make a big mistake with the Surface.
