Help for my rescue dog

I have a rescue dog with ulcers caused by long term care of a cyst. (She was very neglected, hadn't been washed or trimmed in a long time. She had a severe flea infestation, tangled hair, ingrown hairs, cysts and had a nervous breakdown from living in the backyard and was given nothing but food and water Poor Thing The owner became ill and couldn't take care of her properly so she called for help and i got a call to come and save this dog, i'm glad i did - she is cute and my friend the dog LOVES him and needs him a mate.) I have several vets trying to fix this and it is very resistant to healing. This bitch cannot be stunned due to a slight heart murmur and her age (she is a normal poodle and unfortunately this is a common health problem in these dogs along with cysts). After courses of antibiotics and constant wearing of the e-collar, she still has an ulcer. I cleaned the area professionally and we applied this gel. Although the ulcer is still there, the edges look like they're sewing together a bit and the area remains clear. I am planning another session to clean the area and see if they try more antibiotics and reapply the gel to the cleaned ulcer. This is a very persistent problem in dogs, well every species, including humans! So I still rely on professional dog grooming, but this seems to be helping. It is not a permanent cure, but it is a good aid in the healing process. This ulcer is in a place where dressing is not possible (on the side) so it acts like a bandage to keep the area moist and clean after debridement. Ask your vet if this can help.
