Arrived well packaged. Simple and clear. Just make sure the hand pump mechanism is adjusted in the right direction to force the suction, otherwise it will just spit out water. The only downside is that I wish the tube was longer. As you can see in my photo with him next to the aquarium, he doesn't reach the bottom. I use this pump and a five gallon bucket and I've had a couple of instances where the pump blew out of the bucket with a lot of water flow. The total length of the product is about 70 inches, but the length from the top of the bend to the outlet end is about 40 inches. As for the flow of water, it does its job perfectly. Probably a bit strong for my needs since I have a 13 gallon tank but actual water capacity is probably 9-10 gallons. My tank is half empty in minutes, so I have to be quick when cleaning it.
