The only thing I would change is to make the top one long pocket instead of 3. Or at least the 2 side pockets are a bit deeper to better accommodate a pack of tissues and a small stack of diapers. We put them on the sides, but they can easily fall off. I love all the extra storage this gives us on our changing table and it's very well made.
