I don't always write reviews but I'm so pleased with the initial results I wanted to take a moment to write my review write. Here's what I do: - I take the Swedish diet instead of my morning meal - I eat right now. (no fast food on the fly. Stick to fish or meat, salads, etc.) - Exercise consists of brisk walking for 30 minutes or cycling more than 5 miles (probably 5-6 days a week). I still like a glass of wine (2 to be honest) with dinner BUT I lost 3 pounds in the first week! Because of this, I find time to write. I will try to update this review in 30 days.
