Pretty bad quality of the straps

Pretty bad quality, it just arrived and there is a noticeable defect on the outside of the strap coming out of the box (3rd photo). This is not real leather so the fabric has flaked off revealing a light gray color underneath. It looks like it's already starting to crack. Maybe I got a refund? It corresponds to the description. Edit: Photos 1 and 2 are after I tried it on once. It's not really worn out.
